Welcome to the nomination page for the CultureCraft Best Workplaces List! We believe that recognizing outstanding workplaces is essential to promoting and sustaining positive work environments. If you know a company that excels in fostering a great workplace culture, we invite you to nominate them today!
Nominations are open to the public, and anyone can nominate a company they believe deserves recognition for its exceptional workplace culture. Here’s how the nomination process works:
Eligibility Check: Make sure the company meets our eligibility criteria, which includes having a minimum number of employees and being operational for at least two years.
Submit Nomination: Fill out the nomination form below with details about the company and why you think they deserve to be recognized.
Review Process: Our panel will review all nominations to ensure they meet our high standards for workplace excellence.
Notification: Companies that are nominated and qualify will be contacted for further evaluation and potentially included in our annual Best Workplaces List.

After you submit a nomination, it undergoes an initial review process to ensure it meets our basic eligibility criteria. If the nominated company qualifies, we move forward with a more detailed evaluation, which may include reaching out to the company for additional information, conducting interviews, or gathering further insights from employees and other stakeholders. Once all data is compiled and assessed, our panel makes a decision on whether the company will be included in the Best Workplaces List. All nominators and nominated companies will be informed about the status of the nomination at the conclusion of the review process.
Companies are evaluated based on a comprehensive set of criteria that reflect key aspects of exceptional workplace culture. These criteria include employee satisfaction and engagement, leadership effectiveness, diversity and inclusion practices, innovation and creativity support, work-life balance, and commitment to employee development. Our evaluation process combines data from the CultureCraft survey, interviews with company personnel, feedback from employees, and any relevant third-party information. The aim is to gain a holistic understanding of the company's culture and practices.
No, self-nominations are not accepted for the Best Workplaces List. If you believe your own company deserves recognition for its workplace culture, we encourage you to apply for certification directly. This process is designed to objectively evaluate and recognize companies that exemplify outstanding workplace cultures.
There is no set deadline for nominations; we accept them year-round. This ongoing acceptance allows us to continuously identify and recognize outstanding workplaces as they emerge. However, for consideration in the current year’s Best Workplaces List, we recommend submitting nominations as early in the year as possible. Nominations received later may be considered for the following year’s list. This approach ensures that every nomination is given adequate time for a thorough review and evaluation.
