Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. This 100% commission-based role is perfect for a highly ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sales and business development. The SDR will be instrumental in generating new leads, managing the sales pipeline, and driving our business growth by securing new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting.
Develop and manage a robust pipeline of leads and prospects.
Schedule and conduct meetings and product demos with potential clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition.
Collaborate with the marketing team on targeted outreach campaigns.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets based on new client acquisition and revenue.
Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A driven, competitive nature with a relentless pursuit of exceeding sales quotas.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a startup or in the HR tech industry.
Familiarity with Google Workspace.
Demonstrated success in a commission-based sales role.
